A well-established, hospital-employed primary care practice in Upstate South Carolina is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds physician to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an established practice with immediate patient volume while enjoying the support and stability of a respected health system. The area offers a welcoming community, affordable cost of living, exceptional quality of life, easy access to a thriving metropolitan region with dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural attractions, located about 40 miles from downtown Greenville, SC, with nearby international airport, colleges and universities, excellent public and private school options, four mild seasons, abundant outdoor recreation (lakes, hiking, biking, golf, nearby mountain adventures), and convenient weekend trips to both the Blue Ridge Mountains and the South Carolina coast. Start date: ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide 100% outpatient primary care
- Participate in teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
- Engage in leadership opportunities as available
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
- Benefit from a strong referral network within the hospital-employed setting
Requirements
- Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds
- Eligible for licensure in South Carolina

$250,000 – $340,000 per year
