Full-Time or Part-Time | $300,000–$325,000 Base Salary + Production Bonuses Looking for a physician role with strong compensation, manageable patient volumes, and better work-life balance? We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing long-term care practice in Johnstown and Somerset, PA. You'll provide primary and chronic care to patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living communities with dedicated clinical and administrative support in both Somerset and Johnstown, about 40–45 minutes apart.
