Family Medicine Obstetrics
About the Role
Join Swope Health, the largest FQHC in the Kansas City region, serving 55,000+ patients annually with a mission to deliver accessible, high-quality, whole-person care. This outpatient role focuses on women’s health and OBGYN, including prenatal care and colposcopies. Deliveries are not required but optional moonlighting is available.
- 16–20 patients per day with built-in schedule buffers
- 4 hours of admin time weekly
- 2:1 clinical support (MA + RN)
- Multiple sites: Central KC and a brand-new Kansas City facility
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient women’s health and OBGYN care
- Perform prenatal care and colposcopies
- Manage high-risk prenatal cases (e.g., diabetes)
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in OBGYN or Family Medicine with OB experience/fellowship
- Comfortable performing colposcopies and managing high-risk prenatal care
J1/H1B sponsorship available.
Benefits
- $230,000–$260,000 starting base salary
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000 retention bonus
