About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a sign‑on bonus available. The role involves 4 days in clinic and 1 day remote, joining a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. You will deliver comprehensive primary care across in‑office and virtual settings, manage a diverse patient panel, ensure high‑quality continuity of care for acute, chronic, and preventive visits, collaborate with clinical teammates, participate in ongoing learning, and support efficient day‑to‑day care delivery. The position is remote‑eligible for US‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient panel with a wide range of primary care needs
• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits in‑office and via tele‑health
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning opportunities
• Collaborate with in‑office and virtual clinical teams during daily huddles
• Use clinical training to support in‑office procedures
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual primary care as needed

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State licensed in California by the start date
• 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the last 5 years, or 1 year plus a fellowship or urgent care experience
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy procedures is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

Pay

$143,900 – $172,100 annually
