The role is available at 0.8 FTE to 1.0 FTE with no weekend shifts. Froedtert & MCW operates Eastern Wisconsin’s only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center, engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies.

Requirements
For Nurse Practitioners:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- Master’s degree in nursing required
- Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating NLC state
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent upon hire
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration required or must be eligible to obtain
For Physician Assistants:
- Bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies required
- Current State certification as a PA
- Current DEA registration
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or equivalent upon hire
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration required or must be eligible to obtain
