Join a team as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care.
Responsibilities
- Provide preventive, acute, and chronic care, supporting patient outcomes and enhancing patient and provider experience.
Schedule
Full-time position with flexible 0.6–0.9 FTE on day shifts, offering options for 3- or 4-day work weeks. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or call.
Pay
Salary ranges from $112,519 to $128,651 annually, with potential bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligible for Minnesota licensure
- Current BLS certification
- DEA registration or ability to obtain
- At least one year of clinical experience
