About the role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 6 physicians with a call structure of every 8 to 9 days, shared with other practices and practitioners. The practice setting is outpatient with direct integration into the broader Ascension St. Vincent regional network for seamless specialist referrals and advanced diagnostic support.
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Advanced Practice Provider
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
Responsibilities
- Drive clinical excellence by assessing, diagnosing, and treating acute or chronic health conditions in collaboration with a physician to expand individualized primary healthcare services.
- Enhance patient access through comprehensive preventative health assessments, routine screenings, immunizations, and proactive patient care.

Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
- Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Master's degree in Nursing required.
Schedule
Full-Time | Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. clinic hours
