• 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 4.5 days per week

Responsibilities

• Manage a Dedicated Primary Care Panel: Serve as the primary care provider for patients ages 2 and older, directing full-spectrum chronic disease management and proactive preventive care protocols.
• Deliver On-Demand Acute Care: Evaluate and treat acute, walk-in illnesses (such as sinus infections, colds, and minor injuries) with efficient diagnostic and clinical acumen.
• Drive Comprehensive Wellness: Perform preventative health assessments, screenings, and immunizations, utilizing on-site medication dispensing to ensure seamless, convenient patient care (prior dispensing experience is welcomed, but not required).
• Empower Through Health Education: Counsel and educate patients and families on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and community health resources to foster long-term wellness.
• Lead Client & Community Relations: Utilize strong leadership skills to collaborate with client employer leadership, ensuring clinic services align with workforce health goals and community needs.
• Document Excellence: Capture every care journey with clinical precision, maintaining high-quality medical records that comply with network standards and specialty guidelines.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required:

• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred credential(s):

• BLS Provider (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Education: Master's degree of Nursing required.

Qualifications

Experience: Ideally looking for 3–5 years of clinical experience in Employer-Based Solutions, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health.

Licensure & Certification: Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant eligible for an unrestricted Wisconsin state medical license and DEA registration.
