We are seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The role involves providing high-quality outpatient care with an average of 20-22 patients daily, focusing on wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care with an average of 20-22 patients daily
• Focus on wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure
• Participate in call responsibilities of 1:6
• Utilize telehealth options as available
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure outstanding patient care

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree
• Physician license
• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
• BLS certification

Schedule

• Full-time, flexible schedule
• No weekends or holidays
• Call responsibilities of 1:6
