We are seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Family Medicine physician to join a growing practice in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The role involves providing high-quality outpatient care with an average of 20-22 patients daily, focusing on wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure. The position offers a full-time, flexible schedule with no weekends or holidays and call responsibilities of 1:6. Telehealth options are available. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a focus on clinical excellence, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure outstanding patient care. Qualifications include a doctorate, physician license, board certification or eligibility, and BLS certification.
