About the role

One of the largest Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in the Midwest is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its collaborative, mission‑driven primary care team. The organization cares for more than 55,000 patients annually and is committed to improving access to high‑quality healthcare throughout the Kansas City region. The position is available to start ASAP. Highlights include outpatient family medicine, Monday–Friday schedule, average of 16–20 patients per day with 20‑minute appointment slots, an integrated care model with behavioral health, pharmacy, dental, and care coordination support, approximately six weeks of phone‑only call annually, and J‑1 and H‑1B visa sponsorship available. Kansas City metro area offers a population of over 2.3 million, professional sports franchises, nationally recognized restaurants and barbecue, family‑friendly communities with strong schools, easy access to MCI airport, and abundant parks, trails, lakes, and outdoor recreation.
