Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing outpatient practice on a part-time basis. This opportunity offers a flexible schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive primary care to adult and adolescent patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and adolescent patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with and provide clinical guidance to Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs).
  • Supervise and support advanced practice providers as needed.
  • Coincordinate care with specialists, behavioral health providers, and diagnostic services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice development.
  • Support efficient clinical workflows and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Experience collaborating with or supervising NPs/PAs is preferred.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply for MD positions.

Schedule & Position Details

  • Part-time opportunity.
  • Flexible scheduling options available.
  • Remote/hybrid opportunities may be available depending on the physician and practice needs.
  • Full-time physicians may have on-call expectations.
  • Approximately 20+ patients per day for full clinical days.
  • Expected start date: Approximately 2-3 months after acceptance.
  • 1-2 positions available.
