Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Outpatient family medicine practice
• Shared call schedule (1:9, primarily phone consults)
• Average patient volume: 18–24 per day
• Team composition: 3 MDs and 5 mid-level providers
• 4.5-day work week for optimal work-life balance

Qualifications and Skills

• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine (MD/DO)
• North Carolina state license or ability to attain
• Collegial, team-oriented, and works well in a collaborative environment
