Pay

• Base salary: $240,000 + production & quality incentives
• Sign‑on bonus: $25,000
• Relocation assistance: $8,000
• Loan repayment assistance: $3,500
• CME allowance

Responsibilities

• 100% outpatient practice at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
• 4/10 work schedule (four 10‑hour days)
• Average of 2 patients per clinical hour
• Call schedule: 1:14, phone‑call only

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board eligible / board certified in Family Medicine
• Current state license (or ability to obtain a PA license)
• Willingness to sponsor J‑1 visa holders
