About the role

Join an established primary care team in the beautiful mountains of western Virginia. This Family Medicine opportunity offers a $280,000 base salary, flexible 4-day workweek, 6 weeks of PTO, no after-hours call, and only 32 patient-facing hours per week. Approximately 16 patients per day. Located in the scenic mountains of western Virginia near the West Virginia border, Covington offers a close-knit, small-town lifestyle surrounded by natural beauty. Mountain setting with year-round outdoor recreation. Strong sense of community. Slower pace of life away from major metropolitan congestion. Significant need for primary care throughout the surrounding rural region.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for Virginia medical licensure
• Rural healthcare experience preferred but not required
• Interest in community-based primary care and serving a rural patient population

Benefits
