Overview
Kelley Kronenberg is hiring a Legal Assistant to join its growing Family Law team in Miami!
Responsibilities
- Prepares routine or complex legal documents for review by attorneys.
- Forward e-service documents to clients.
- Manage attorney calendars.
- Cookordination hearings, depositions, and client meetings.
- Efiles all necessary case documents with appropriate courts.
- Answer incoming client phone calls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in family law.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- MS Office Suite Knowledge a must.
- ATO knowledge a plus.
