Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 annually Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Texas and in good standing.1+ years of experience in Family Law, Criminal Defense, or litigation preferred (newer attorneys with strong litigation potential are encouraged to apply).Strong courtroom presence with confidence in hearings, negotiations, and client advocacy.Excellent legal writing, analytical, and case management skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Exceptional communication and client relationship skills.Strategic thinker with sound judgment and strong problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, accountable, and committed to achieving outstanding client outcomes.Desire to develop expertise in both Family Law and Criminal Defense while building a long-term career with a growing firm.
