Responsibilities
- Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for clients
- Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters, including hearings, mediation, and trial
- Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation
- Apply deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and TRCP
- Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism
- Collaborate with a team that values growth and mutual support

Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience handling contested family law cases (5+ years preferred)
- Active Texas State Bar License
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
