About the role
This hybrid role offers hands-on mentorship and the opportunity to handle cases from day one. The position is based in San Jose, CA.
Responsibilities
- Handle divorce law, family law, and divorce for high-net-worth individuals
- Manage cases involving spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders (DVRO), child custody/support, adoption, alimony, and pre/postnuptial agreements
- Address complex property division, guardianship, conservatorship, and elder law matters
- Litigation and representation in family law cases
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree, in good standing with the California bar
- Post-bar law clerk or 10+ years of experience in family law
- Experience with civil litigation; candidates transitioning to family law are encouraged to apply

Pay
$90,000 - $150,000 per year
