Family Law Associate Attorney

About the Role

The Family Law Associate Attorney will join our Family Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Cherokee County and the Upstate of South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Check email, return messages, check-in with assigned case manager, and prepare for court
• Attend court, mediations, and depositions
• Research and prepare case for court
• Conduct case reviews
• Participate in PAG Team Trainings
• Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing
• Ensure the ultimate client experience
• Meet with current clients to provide top-quality customer service
• Handle a high volume of cases comfortably

Requirements

• Current member of the South Carolina Bar in good standing

Qualifications

• Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred

Skills

• Comfortable with handling a high volume of cases
