About the Role

Our client is a respected boutique family law firm in the Seattle area, recognised for delivering exceptional legal representation across a broad range of complex family law matters. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Family Law Associate Attorney to join their collaborative and highly regarded team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a litigation-focused attorney seeking greater case ownership, meaningful courtroom experience, and long-term career progression within a supportive boutique practice.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex family law matters from start to finish
• Handling divorce, child custody, relocation and other contested family law disputes
• Developing litigation strategies and preparing pleadings, motions and legal memoranda
• Conducting discovery, including depositions
• Representing clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations and trials
• Building trusted client relationships while collaborating with an experienced legal team

Requirements

• Active Washington State Bar admission
• 2+ years' Washington family law litigation experience
• Strong courtroom advocacy and litigation skills
• Excellent legal writing, research and case management abilities
• Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
• A collaborative approach and a genuine desire to continue developing your career

Pay & Benefits

• $150,000–$190,000 salary (DOE)
