Experienced Family Law Attorney - Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal and business matters.
• Negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of family law litigation experience (for Family Law role) OR 5+ years of general/commercial litigation experience (for Litigation role).
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of Texas.
• Willingness to travel within Texas as needed.
• Preferred for Litigation role: Real estate litigation experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 (DOE)
