We are seeking motivated and coachable individuals to join our team as Family Planning Representatives. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a stable and rewarding career helping families better understand financial protection, savings, and future planning. No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and support to help you grow professionally and become fully licensed.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in understanding basic financial planning concepts such as protection, savings, and long-term goals
• Support licensed professionals during client appointments and follow-up communication
• Collect, organize, and maintain client information accurately and confidentially
• Help guide clients through the next steps of their planning process
• Participate in ongoing training sessions, mentorship, and team meetings
• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members

Licensing & Professional Development

We provide guidance and support to help qualified candidates pursue professional licensing opportunities, including: Life Insurance License, Investment Licenses (Series 6, 63, 26, and/or 27), Mortgage License (NMLS). No previous licensing experience is required. Our team provides mentorship, training resources, and support throughout the process.
