Family Centered Treatment Therapist

We are seeking a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Therapist dedicated to providing impactful, evidence-based services directly in children’s homes and communities. Responsibilities Include Delivering Family Centered Treatment services and guiding families through the four phases of the modelDeveloping individualized Service Plans with the Treatment TeamConducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions and psychoeducationCoordinating care with medical, behavioral health, school, and community partnersSupporting families in goal setting, skill building, and resource accessCreating discharge and aftercare plans for long-term stabilityMaintaining accurate clinical documentation and participating in quality assuranceProviding crisis support through 24/7 on-call coverage Qualifications Include Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related fieldProvisional/associate license (e.g., LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA)Experience serving children and adolescents with mental health diagnosesFCT Certification is preferred but not required; support is provided for certification within the first year Skills and attributes: Strong commitment to children and families, relationship-driven approach, clinical proficiency, and flexibility for community-based work.
