About the role

Pinnacle Family Services is a 30-year-old provider of evidence-based therapeutic foster care and behavioral health services to at-risk youth in North Carolina and South Carolina. The work here is deeply impactful, focusing on trauma-informed and relationship-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Family Centered Treatment (FCT) services primarily in home and community settings
• Guide children and families through the four phases of the FCT model
• Serve as a central point of coordination for each family's Treatment Team
• Implement and continuously refine individualized Service Plans
• Connect families to community resources and aftercare supports
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the Electronic Health Record
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field with minimum 2 years of experience working with youth or families
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured, private form of transportation
• Current FCT Certification (though not required, Pinnacle will support you in obtaining it)
• Experience serving children and adolescents with a primary mental health diagnosis

Qualifications

• Qualified Professional (QP) status with experience serving children and adolescents
