Family Case Manager

Description

Thompson was founded in 1886 as an orphanage and has since expanded to operate across the Carolinas, Florida, Tennessee, and Kentucky. Thompson’s continuum of care includes prevention, mental health services, and foster care, all of which are trauma-informed and evidence-based/evidence-informed.

What you'll do

• Connect relative caregiver families to benefits, legal help, respite care, and community resources
• Ensure no family falls through the cracks
• Carry a caseload capped at 25 families with real supervision and training

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in social services or related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Lived experience as a kinship caregiver welcomed and valued
• Reliable transportation for home visits

Pay

$19.50-$21.50 hourly
