About the Role

This position involves serving relative caregiver families in the Chattanooga region. It is hands-on and relationship-driven, requiring no desk work and no caseloads to navigate alone. You will connect families to benefits, legal help, respite care, and community resources, ensuring no family falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Connect families to benefits, legal help, respite care, and community resources
• Ensure no family falls through the cracks
• Carry a caseload capped at 25 families, with a supervisor who knows your cases as well as you do

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in social services or related field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Lived experience as a kinship caregiver welcomed and valued
• Reliable transportation for home visits
