Excellence Community Schools (ECS) is a Charter Management Organization (CMO) supporting schools in the Bronx, NY and Stamford, CT. About the Role
The Family Care Aide is a school-based position and serves as the primary point of contact for families at the school. This is a 12-month position.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for families at the school
- Provide support to families in navigating the school system
- Coordinate communication between families and school staff
- Support families with enrollment and registration processes
- Assist with family engagement activities and events
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding family engagement
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED, AA preferred
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
