Family Based Therapist Mental Health Professional

About the Role

As a Family Based Mental Health Professional, you will be part of a two-person Treatment Team trained in and implementing the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model. Your work will focus on strengthening family relationships, improving executive functioning, identifying and interrupting negative interaction patterns, and enhancing family stability. The Treatment Team serves a maximum of eight families in York/Adams Counties, providing intensive therapeutic services in non-traditional settings outside the office.

Requirements

• Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive changes in someone's life
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and the ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applications
• Valid PA driver's license and auto insurance
• Act 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI Clearance

Qualifications

A graduate degree in one of the following fields:

• Psychiatry
• Psychology
• Social work
• Nursing
• Education
• Rehabilitation
• Human services (plus 2 years' experience working with children/adolescents)
