About the Role

Every Child, Inc. (ECI) is seeking Family Based Mental Health Therapists to join our passionate, community-focused behavioral health team in both our Pittsburgh and Washington County offices.

We are a growing, innovative nonprofit that assigns manageable caseloads so you can truly focus on providing high-quality counseling, therapy, and mental health support to children, adolescents, and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Guaranteed 40 hours/week – no scrambling for billable hours
  • Flexible scheduling – create your workweek with your clients
  • $50,000–$54,000/year (based on education & experience)
  • Retention bonus starting after 1 year
  • All travel & administrative time paid at billable rate (includes mileage, expenses, and paperwork)
