Family and Child Social Services Worker

Role: Social Services Worker Responsibilities Provide trauma-informed, family-centered support to children, youth, and families.Deliver case management, supportive counseling, and service coordination across various systems including behavioral health, foster care, specialized education, and community programs.Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans.Advocate for clients within schools and community systems.Respond to crises with appropriate intervention.Collaborate within a team environment, participating in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
