The role involves providing support to families in crisis, ensuring their needs are met, and facilitating access to resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to families in crisis
• Facilitate access to community resources and services
• Assist in coordinating services between various agencies
• Maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Knowledge of local community resources
