About the role
The Family Advocate provides high-quality family support services, including health, nutrition, mental health, parent engagement, and social service coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain family partnerships
- Coordinate community referrals and social services
- Conduct home visits
- Support recruitment and enrollment activities
- Provide attendance support
- Maintain compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in family support, social services, or related field
- Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and regulations
- Ability to conduct home visits and community outreach
- Strong communication and partnership-building skills
