About the role

The Family Advocate provides high-quality family support services, including health, nutrition, mental health, parent engagement, and social service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain family partnerships
• Coordinate community referrals and social services
• Conduct home visits
• Support recruitment and enrollment activities
• Provide attendance support
• Maintain compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and applicable regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in family support, social services, or related field
• Knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and regulations
• Ability to conduct home visits and community outreach
• Strong communication and partnership-building skills
