About the role
The role involves providing support to families in navigating various government services and programs.
Responsibilities
- Assist families in accessing and understanding government benefits and services
- Provide guidance on eligibility requirements and application processes
- Facilitate communication between families and relevant government agencies
- Document interactions and progress for each family case
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
