Requirements
- Passion for positively impacting children’s lives through the love of sports and fitness
- At least 18 years of age
- Prior soccer experience is not required- prior experience working with children is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle- that is insured
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be able to commute to our Burtonsville office and travel to coaching sites located approximately 30–45 minutes away
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Hours: 30+ hours per week
- Must be able to work on the weekends*

- Fall Internship Dates: August 17 - December 4, 2026
- HOURS: 30+ hours per week
- Hybrid Work Format: 50% On-Field Coaching & 50% Office & Events
