Position: Influencer Marketing Intern Location: Jersey City, NJ Term: Fall Semester Schedule: Part-time; flexible around class schedules We are seeking a motivated college student to join our team as an Influencer Marketing Intern for the fall semester. This role is ideal for a student interested in digital marketing, social media, brand partnerships, and creator strategy.The intern will support the day-to-day execution of influencer marketing initiatives, helping identify relevant creators, coordinate campaigns, track performance, and ensure partnerships are organized and effective. Requirements Responsibilities Research and identify influencers, creators, and social-media partners aligned with our target audience and brand goalsAssist with influencer outreach, communication, onboarding, and relationship managementHelp coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, content approvals, and tracking linksMonitor influencer content across social-media platforms and confirm that deliverables are completed on timeMaintain organized campaign trackers, creator databases, and performance reports in Excel or Google SheetsSupport analysis of campaign results, including engagement, reach, traffic, conversions, and audience qualityStay current on social-media trends, emerging platforms, creator content styles, and competitor activityAssist with internal presentations, campaign recaps, and general marketing projects as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, Advertising, or a related fieldStrong interest in influencer marketing, social media, digital content, and brand partnershipsFamiliarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedInStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at onceProficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Google Sheets or ExcelAbility to analyze basic campaign metrics and translate findings into clear recommendationsPrevious internship, campus organization, social-media management, or creator-partnership experience is a plus, but not required Benefits What You'll Gain Hands-on experience supporting real influencer and brand-partnership campaignsExposure to creator sourcing, outreach, campaign execution, performance reporting, and relationship managementMentorship from marketing and partnership professionalsPractical experience using the tools, workflows, and reporting methods used in modern influencer marketingA strong foundation for future roles in digital marketing, brand partnerships, social media, or advertising
