Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Head Coach to coordinate the boys cross country program.
• Assist in developing and implementing practice plans and strategies.
• Support student-athletes in skill development and understanding of PIAA rules and fundamentals of the sport.
• Attend all games, practices, and meetings as required.
• Follow any other job-related instructions and perform other job-related duties requested by the Building Principal or designee.

Requirements

• Desire to work with student-athletes.
• Enthusiastic, patient, organized, mature, dependable, and responsible.
• Knowledge of PIAA rules and fundamentals of cross country.
• Willingness to work with secondary students.
• Playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Must be available for the times of games, practices, and meetings.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
