Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients from various industries as you provide leading-edge accounting and consulting services.
  • Provide accounting services to internal and external clients in both tax and assurance.
  • Collaborate with a talented group of colleagues, applying technical skills across a range of projects and client opportunities.
  • Work towards team goals and client deliverables, partnering with the project manager to work within project scope and exceed expectations.
  • Identify trends and patterns in client information and financials, recognizing potential problems and bringing them to the supervisor’s attention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting (or related field).
  • GPA: 3.0 or higher in major and overall.
  • Available to work an average of 2,300 hours annually, accounting for overtime during busy season.
  • Fully in-office.
  • Expect 10-15% overnight travel throughout the year as a new associate.
  • This role is not eligible for sponsorship.

CPA certification or eligibility is a bonus.

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,000 to $68,000. Compensation decisions take into account experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location.
