Fall 2026 Rotational Associates Program

Duties and Responsibilities

• Aiding in the planning, development, and execution of community events, programs, and initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to collaborate with new community partners and programs.
• Acting as a positive teammate and contributing to a winning culture.
• Communicating and expressing oneself effectively both in writing and verbally.
• Contributing to social media content and strategy.
• Serving as a liaison with participating groups for game-night entertainment activities, such as on-field contests and concourse tables.
• Managing concourse activities, contents, and data collection practices (like Enter-to-Win raffles).
• Assisting the Riverhounds Game Night staff in fulfilling fan experiences and other community relations activities.
• Assisting the Director of Stadium Operations in maintaining the stadium in top condition.
• Organizing kids and groups during events, including pre-, half-, and post-game Riverhounds experiences.
• Performing all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Availability for 75% of Riverhounds home games during the fall term.
• A passion for soccer is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under a heavy workload.
• Strong leadership skills to develop both oneself and others.
• A passion for working with others in a team setting.
