About the role

Join Titleist’s Manchester Lane Player Research team as an intern and participate in the behind-the-scenes work that powers industry-leading golf ball and club fittings. Based at our state-of-the-art testing facility, you’ll support the daily preparation and execution of fitting events, organizing equipment, setting up fitting stations, and ensuring a professional and seamless experience for every golfer. You’ll also gain exposure to tour-level Golf Club fittings and Golf Ball R&D processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a 4-year degree with preference for a rising Junior or Senior
• Demonstrated passion for golf and a strong connection to the sport
• Foundational knowledge of golf operations, gained through prior experience working in the golf industry
• Insight into standard golf facility procedures and day-to-day functions
• Eager to learn and naturally curious about equipment and fitting technologies
• Exposure to and experience with Trackman preferred
