Fall 2026 Internship - Graphic Design

The·Team provides representation and marketing services to talent, brands, and properties across 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide, shaped by a belief in the unifying power of sports, music, and entertainment.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic design intern to join our Creative team within the Global Communications department for the fall. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to experience working in an agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the creative team refining The·Team’s visual communication
• Create graphics for social media and build decks with an in-house designer
• Participate in weekly meetings and brainstorms
• Establish your creative process through conceptualization and execution
• Contribute to agency culture by maintaining enthusiasm toward day-to-day tasks
• Develop an “intern project” tailored to the intersection of your interests and The·Team’s current work
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in design or a related field
• Must be able to earn college credit (this is an unpaid internship)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with high competency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects
• Comfortable designing for social media, decks, and clipping video
• Ambition to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and time management skills for effective multitasking
• Interest in developing interpersonal, written, professional, and oral communication skills
• Creative thinker willing to explore unconventional solutions
• Self-motivated with proven ability to think quickly and problem-solve
• Must have a laptop with Adobe Creative Suite installed

Schedule

• Runs from September 9, 2026, to December 11, 2026
• Requires availability to contribute 15 hours per week
