Fall 2026 Intern to Founder & CEO - Graphic Design
tarte™ is the pioneer of high-performance naturals™ and one of the fastest-growing cosmetic companies in the U.S. Founder & CEO Maureen Kelly created a cruelty-free line of easy-to-use, life-proof products packed with good-for-you ingredients that deliver real results without compromise. Each item is developed without parabens, mineral oil, phthalates, and more, using the best naturally-derived ingredients. The brand is 85% vegan (with 100% vegan skincare!) and is the #1 concealer brand in the US. tarte™ has in-store presence in over 20 countries and ships to over 50 countries worldwide.
Giving back is part of tarte’s DNA. The brand supports teacher wishlists, mentors future leaders through tartelette U and internship programs, and funds the shape your future™ small business awards. In 2017, tarte founded heart to tarte™, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting female empowerment, underserved communities, environmental conservancy, animal rescue, disaster relief, and health initiatives. tarte also sustainably sources ingredients from cooperatives and helped fund an all-female maracuja cooperative in the Rainforest.
