Fall 2026 Co-Op - Injection Molding Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Involved in Injection Molding optimization and improvements in a high-speed manufacturing facility.
• Responsible for learning injection molding operations and the change controls related to his/her assigned initiatives.
• Contributes to program updates to senior-level stakeholders.
• Actively participates in continuous improvements to communications metrics to achieve higher levels of business impact.
• Makes sure to monitor impact through various channels of feedback for demonstrated results.

Minimum Qualifications for Co-Ops

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to co-op, and at least one additional semester following your co-op.
• Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related major.
• Academic performance: Minimum cumulative GPA 2.8/4.0.
• Demonstrated leadership skills (i.e., extracurricular activities or projects).
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent basis. Students on an F1 visa with CPT work authorization may be accommodated.
• Able to commit to a semester-long, full time (40 hours per week) fall co-op.

Preferred Qualifications

• We are interested in students from the following majors: Plastics Engineering, B.S. Plastics Engineering Technology, B.S. Polymer Engineering, B.S. Materials Science and Engineering – Polymers, B.S.
• Effective communication skills with an ability to efficiently and productively communicate both orally and in writing.
• Advanced people skills and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• High diligence together with an ability to understand the big picture.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Superior time management and prioritization skills.
• Independent worker and initiative-taker.
• High proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude CAD and ability to 3D print.
• Prior experience with SolidWorks.
