About the role
The Co-op Program at Kokosing is designed to provide students with practical construction industry experience, the chance to work on value-added projects, connect with a mentor in their field of study, network with senior leaders, team members, and other co-ops, and so much more.
Responsibilities
- Work with Full Time construction professionals to gain guidance and share expertise on various tasks.
- Have specific project responsibilities and daily activities assigned to experience the industry firsthand.
- Contribute directly to the completion of a quality project through structured work efforts.
- Be assigned a mentor for any questions or support needed during the co-op period.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program.
- Strong academic performance.
- Interest in a career in construction or related fields.
- Ability to commit to the duration of the co-op program (Spring, Summer, or Fall).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Passion for safety and teamwork.
