About the role

The Co-op Program at Kokosing is designed to provide students with practical construction industry experience, the chance to work on value-added projects, connect with a mentor in their field of study, network with senior leaders, team members, and other co-ops, and so much more.

Responsibilities

• Work with Full Time construction professionals to gain guidance and share expertise on various tasks.
• Have specific project responsibilities and daily activities assigned to experience the industry firsthand.
• Contribute directly to the completion of a quality project through structured work efforts.
• Be assigned a mentor for any questions or support needed during the co-op period.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university degree program.
• Strong academic performance.
• Interest in a career in construction or related fields.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the co-op program (Spring, Summer, or Fall).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Passion for safety and teamwork.

Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
