About the role

The Co-op Program at Kokosing is designed to provide students with practical construction industry experience, the chance to work on value-added projects, connect with a mentor in their field of study, network with senior leaders, team members, and other co-ops, and so much more.

Responsibilities

• Work with Full Time construction professionals to gain guidance and share expertise on various tasks.
• Experience firsthand through specific project responsibilities and daily activities.
• Contribute directly to the completion of a quality project.
• Receive structured work efforts to learn about areas of interest.
• Be assigned a mentor for any questions or support needed during the co-op.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Enrolled in a degree program related to construction, engineering, or a closely related field.
• Strong academic performance.
• Interest in pursuing a career in the construction industry.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the co-op program (Spring, Summer, or Fall semester).

Qualifications

• Passport or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel to different locations within the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.
