Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM), handling check-ins, reservations, and late-night inquiries.
- Perform the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure all financial records are accurate.
- Conduct regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest security.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and top-notch service, even during overnight hours.
- Utilize technical skills in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing to solve problems independently.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is beneficial.
- 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
Schedule
This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, for the 11 PM – 7 AM shift. Schedules may vary based on hotel demand.

Property Information
The property features a 24-hour front desk, a shared lounge, and luggage storage for guests. All rooms include a desk, a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and selected rooms offer a seating area. Guests can enjoy a buffet or American breakfast, access the gym and business center (with newspapers, fax machine, and photocopier). The hotel is located 3.5 miles from Milwaukee and 25 miles from Grafton, with General Mitchell International Airport as the nearest airport.
