The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine (UPSDM) is seeking an experienced dental anesthesia provider/academician for a part-time faculty position in the Department of Dental Anesthesiology at the rank of Clinical Associate Professor.
About the Role
This appointment is in the appointment stream. The primary responsibility includes serving as an attending faculty member in the School of Dental Medicine clinics while providing didactic instruction to predoctoral and graduate dentists.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an attending faculty member in the School of Dental Medicine clinics.
- Provide didactic instruction to predoctoral and graduate dentists.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited school.
- Certificate from a postdoctoral program in dental anesthesiology or oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Active unrestricted dental anesthesia permit in the state of Pennsylvania.
