FACULTY OPPORTUNITY: Infectious Diseases Clinician Educator

NYU Langone Health’s Division of Infectious Diseases and Immunology, Department of Medicine, is seeking full-time Clinician Educators at the Instructor, Assistant, or Associate level.

About the role

The successful candidates will provide inpatient and outpatient clinical services in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases at three locations: NYU Langone Medical Center, NYU Langone Hospital – Brooklyn, and Bellevue Hospital Center, the flagship public municipal hospital of New York City and a major teaching affiliate of the NYU School of Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical care in infectious diseases across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Precept and mentor ID fellows, residents, and medical students

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Infectious Diseases

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have significant clinical and academic experience in:

• HIV medicine
• Medical education
• Quality improvement research
