Senior Faculty (UPSC)

Teach UPSC/State PCS subjects (GS, Optional, Essay, Ethics etc.).
Conduct classroom and online lectures.
Mentor and guide aspirants.
Prepare study material, notes, and test questions.
Participate in academic discussions and curriculum development.

Mentor / Senior Mentor

Guide aspirants in strategy building, answer writing, and exam preparation planning.
Conduct mentorship sessions.
Guide students in answer writing.
Provide preparation strategy and study planning.
Monitor student progress and performance.

Content Development Team

Create high-quality academic material for UPSC and State PCS preparation including notes, MCQs, test series, and research-based content.

Work Mode

Work From Home (WFH) opportunity initially.
Based on organizational requirements, candidates may be required to work from office after 12 months at one of the following locations:
Indore
Gwalior
Mumbai

Faculty Training Programme (FTP)

All shortlisted candidates must undergo a Faculty Training Programme (FTP) before final onboarding.
Duration: Minimum 1 month – Maximum 2 months
Certification: None provided

Compensation During Training

30% of the offered salary will be paid during FTP
Remaining 70% will be credited after final onboarding of successfully shortlisted candidates

Minimum qualification: Graduate
Only Regular Degrees will be considered
Diploma / Online / Correspondence degrees are NOT eligible
Exception: Diploma qualifications from IIMs will be considered.
