About the role
The Division of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown seeks an adjunct clinical nursing instructor to begin in Fall 2026 to teach in the BSN program with CCNE accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Teach foundations clinicals
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing or related discipline preferred
- Pennsylvania state RN license and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, with expertise in a specialty clinical area
- Possess current clinical knowledge and skills and a passion for participating in the education of the next generation of registered nurses
- Show proficiency with technology and commitment to innovative and evidence-based nursing education
- Prior teaching experience at the baccalaureate level and recognition of expertise in the specialty area preferred
