About the role

The Faculty Fellow - Nursing program aims to support and enhance the professional development of nursing faculty members. This role involves collaboration with academic departments and centers to foster innovative teaching methods and research opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with academic departments and centers to develop and implement innovative teaching methods and research opportunities.
• Support faculty in enhancing their teaching skills through workshops and seminars.
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment processes.
• Contribute to the advancement of nursing education through scholarly activities and publications.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience in higher education or relevant field.
• Strong commitment to teaching and research.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Research experience in nursing education.
• Teaching experience at the college or university level.
